1. Our Details. We, Bee World UK Limited (company no. 11311357) t/a Jollibee (“Jollibee”, “we”, “us”), are the promoter of this prize draw promotion.

2. How to Enter. The prize draw will be open and accepting entries from 00.01am on 11th April 2022 up until 23.59pm on 5th June 2022 (the “Entry Period”).

During the Entry Period anyone who places and completes an order worth more than £10 via the Jolliapp will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Entries can only be made by placing an order via our Jolliapp. Any orders placed in store or attempts to enter the prize draw by any other means will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

4. How the winners will be chosen. The winners of the prizes will be chosen by random and independent automated draws on the following dates:

(a) Monday 25th April.
(b) Monday 9th May.
(c) Monday 23rd May.
(d) Monday 6th June.

Entrants who are not successful on an earlier draw will still be eligible for and entered into any subsequent draws for other prizes.

5. How the winners will be notified. The winners will be notified either by phone or by email (using details provided at entry) within the week following each prize being drawn and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond to us within 14 days of being notified that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Prizes. Each winner following the prize draw will receive one of the following prizes:

  • Hot air balloon ride for two. Can be redeemed anytime over 12 months at any of the 21 different locations across the UK.
  • £500 Ticketmaster Gift Card (given in the form of 2 x £250 digital gift card).
  • Luxury London escape for two people including 1 night accommodation in a 5-star hotel, a three course dinner, breakfast the next morning and 2 tickets to go on the London Eye.
  • £10,000 digital Gift Card with Flight Centre for the winner to book their own holiday.

Once a prize has been drawn and the winner chosen, that prize will no longer be available to win even if entries are being accepted and other prizes are still available. Prizes are allocated to winners by us and winners will not be entitled to select which of the available prizes they receive.

The prizes will be sent to the winners via email within 30 days of being notified of their win. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide to us is correct and we will not be liable if any winners do not receive their prize as a result of providing an incorrect email address.

The prizes for each of the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

Whilst we are offering the gift cards listed above as prizes, the redemption of these will be dealt with by the individual gift card suppliers. You should therefore check the gift card supplier’s terms and conditions and, in particular, any expiration date for any gift card you receive as a prize from us. We accept no responsibility should you have any problems in redeeming any gift cards you receive as a prize or any failure by you to redeem a gift card before its expiration date, except to the extent this is due to any default on our part as promoter of this promotion.

You should contact the relevant gift card supplier should you have any problems redeeming one of the prizes they have provided.

7. Data protection and publicity. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in in our Jollibee UK — Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.

We are required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place following the prize draw. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. General. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. We also do not accept no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Jollibee, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by Jollibee’s negligence or that of its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
