1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Jollibee VIP Card (“VIP Card”), issued by Jollibee UK. By accepting and using this card, the recipient agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Jollibee VIP Card is issued as a courtesy to special guests and entitles the holder to redeem Jollibee food and beverage items up to the total value printed on the card. 

3. The VIP Card is valid for one-time use only. Any remaining balance after a single redemption cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

4. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of a purchase in one of our Restaurants. In the case of part payments, you will be required to pay for the outstanding amount of the purchase by an alternative method, which is accepted by the Restaurant.  

5. Upon redemption, the VIP Card must be surrendered to a Jollibee staff member, who will retain and destroy the card. Attempting to retain or reuse the card after redemption will render it void and may result in refusal of service.

6. The VIP Card must be presented at the point of ordering in-store. It cannot be used for online orders, delivery services, or combined with any other offers or discounts.

7. The VIP Card is non-transferable, non-replaceable, and has no cash value. It may not be sold, exchanged, or reproduced in any form.

8. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or honoured.

9. The VIP Card is valid until 31 December 2025. Any unused cards after this date will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.

10. Bee World UK Limited and Jollibee reserve the right to withdraw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Use of the VIP Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
